The venue was in a central location short walk to sandy beach, restaurant and bars allmost all the way. Furthermore, right on the beachfront.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Amazing location just next door to the beach of Roses, the lovely Costa Brava town and shops and restaurants, could not be better.

Absolutely perfect and peaceful location for Roses, near to marina, the coastline and local bars. A balcony and blackout curtains in the room and the comfortable bed.

Everything was modern at this lovely family run hotel. The property was in a good location close to shops, the beach of Roses and the shopping strip for what we wanted it for. Had cold drinks in the lobby bar. Had a very nice stay on holidays, would love to return.

Reasonably clean and top quality place, has fantastic views of the beach. There's cosy lobby bar with warm beverages.

Excellant value and nicely appointed hotel overlooking the sea, we had a pleasant experience here. The location was the best for Roses, really close to boardwalk and what an absolute fabulous historical town. Plus, it was approx 5 mins walk from Platja de Sant Margarida. The breakfast was above average, the check in was early. Besides, parking was available on site.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a buffet breakfast, sweeping view of Roses and Roses and care about everyone. The hotel offers good choice of food that was nice.

The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean, nestled in a lovely building with incredible view of the bay. Unbeatable location near the beach of Roses, and the boardwalk from the beach, its central. You can relax at Xiri D'akells, located nearby.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the beach. I also loved the fact that there was great parking available, as finding parking can be a hassle in other places. The room itself was fabulous, with a stunning view that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Plus, the food at the hotel was amazing, especially the breakfast and dinner options. I had a delightful experience at Maritim and would definitely recommend it.

The attitude of the manager which I believe influences some of the key staff, such as those on Reception (though not all) to present a less than professional manner than should be required when dealing with the public. We had reason to make a complaint to the manager due to excessive noise in our bedroom from a faulty bathroom fan, which kept us awake all night as the walls were reveberating. We never complain usually but this was so severe we felt it right to do so on this occasion. So it came as a shock to find that there was little sympathy for our situation. This attitude is reflected in some of the key personnel on Reception who never seem to smile or appear to take any pleasure in their work. Such a shame as it is otherwise a good hotel.

Location & view.

Reception staff could have been more helpful at check-in by asking if a twin room was acceptable when a double-room had been requested. Note that the street address on the Booked.net site is not correct for GPS purposes - nor are the driving directions accurate for the last step.

Good bed, clean bathroom and a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge bar in the room. Savoury and extensive breakfast and nice views over beach and town. Amazing and lovely location in the outside bar seating area and downstairs lounge area. Overall really really nice stay for a short vacation.
